A visit to Llanbedr Church where Rev Henry Thomas Payne was Rector from 1793.   William Gibbs will give an introduction to Rev Payne and his antiquarian pursuits and Elizabeth Siberry will speak about the Brute family of stonemasons.  Roger Jones will outline the history of Llanbedr House which, in Payne’s time, served as the rectory.  Following a look around the church and the Brute memorials, Roger Jones has kindly invited us to view Llanbedr House and garden.
