Brecon’s Theatre History – the Sister Bonaventure Studentship
In memory of of Sister Bonaventure Kelleher, the Brecknock Society and Museum Friends are funding Jayne Gold to research Brecon as a theatrical centre from 1699-1870.
Jayne has already uncovered fascinating and surprising details about the theatre in Brecon. Using her research she has also collaborated with the Brecon Little Theatre through Heritage Lottery funding to produce a performance telling the story of Brecon's theatrical past.
